It's just a guess, but those things could be from devices you either currently have connected to your TK11, or were connected in that past.

The link for the drivers has been updated. I'd download the driver pack, unzip it, and then see if the needed drivers are there.

The single channel reference in the description is almost assuredly a mistake.


Edit: On checking the ACEMAGIC website, it shows there as dual channel as well. I messaged the seller on Amazon about it.

It's likely some kind of driver issue(s), though I'm not versed enough in Linux to know what. My advice would be to put Windows back on it and see if the problem is there with Windows.
