Some of the more recent devices come with Windows 11 Home. But the Kamrui AK2 Plus i looked up on Amazon does state that it ships with the Pro edition.

Some of the more recent systems come with Windows 11 home preinstalled. This has been discussed in a few other topics aswell and seems to just be a cost savings thing. It should also be mentioned on the sellers page whether it is the home or pro edition of Windows.

Can you get into BIOS? Does it reboot from there too? Your best bet is probably a reinstall like Gabe mentioned. Good luck!
