I have a problem with this processor. While playing games and testing, the CPU clock speed drops to 2.8 GHz and stays there. CPU temperature is
+/- 80 Degrees.
In normal desktop mode, above 4GHz all the time. Why is this happening?

Okay, I know now. This function has been blocked in the processor by Intel.

I also found options to reduce the processor temperature. In my case it works and does not reduce performance at all.

I disabled LOCK CFG and OVERCLOCK in BIOS. But there is no configuration option in the throttlestop program.

Has this possibility been blocked?
