If you can still get into the BIOS, you should be able to reset everything to default values. The F Key for doing so should be on the right side of the main BIOS screen. Do that, then Save and Exit the BIOS and see if that gets everything working again.

You should contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. He may very well ask for an order number as well as a video of the fault.
