The motherboard is manufactured by this company, so there is no model number, which is why it shows 'default string'.

io credo che almeno le specifiche dovrebbe riportarle chipset ecc. Ma se la politica dell' azienda è questa va bene così.

Check in the 'System devices' line of the Device Manager. You may see an entry that lists what chipset the unit uses.
You can also try using the free version of Speccy. It may show the chipset in the motherboard info.
There's no guarantee with either of these options, but they're worth a try.

You can also try using [CPU-Z] to view the CPU model or other device information.
