KAMRUI E2 Mini PC

Post by DavidP »

Hello,
I recently purchased the following mini pc:

KAMRUI E2 Mini PC 11 Pro, 12th Gen Alder Lake- N97(up to 3.6GHz) Micro PC(Beat N150), 16GB RAM 512GB M.2 SSD, Mini Computer Support 4K Display/USB3.2/WiFi/BT/Gigabit Ethernet Mini PC, I'm wondering where / if I can obtain a owners manual / service manual for it. Upon opening the product carton I quickly discovered it only came with a three page setup manual. Thanks in advance for any & all help that might be provided to me.

Hey David, welcome to the forums!

I've seen Service Guides from sites like Dell or HP, which walk you through replacing FRUs like storage or memory. I have not seen anything like that here, unfortunately.

Is there something specific you're looking for help on? Usually, Barry posts videos in the forums that guide you through taking it apart to replace the storage and memory, which is the most you normally need to do. If there's something else you're hoping for, let's see if we can figure it out.

Hi,
Thanks so much for your response it truly means a lot ! I purchased my E2 mini pc from this merchant: https://tinyurl.com/2y8gfbub who maintains a online store here: https://tinyurl.com/289sj25l which I feel like at least for the most part is a reputable online store overall. I think the particular seller I made my purchase from is what I would consider to be a 'trader' of various types of products. I fully expected for my mini pc to come with at least some form of a warranty card but it didn't, and the extremely small user guide left a LOT to be desired at least for me. Which brings me to my next area of concern, as I understand it my mini pc is supposed to come with a one year manufacturers warranty, in the event that I have some kind of a technical issue what am I supposed to do ?

Hello,
I'm so glad that I decided to become a member of this forum, as far as my mini pc purchase is concerned my single biggest concern is the manufactures warranty, Because I didn't purchase my mini pc directly from the manufacturer but here instead : https://tinyurl.com/2afudvvt I'm concerned as to if the manufacturer will honor their product warranty or not. I have actually considered calling the phone number that's listed but so far have yet to do so.

As a general rule, the seller is responsible for warranty support. Since you didn’t buy it directly from the manufacturer, I’d suggest contacting the seller first to check their warranty policy. If they can’t help, then you can try the manufacturer.

Thanks so much for your reply, of course I'm really hoping that nothing will ever go wrong with my E2 mini computer. So I plan on contacting the seller who I bought it from'
