Hello there. I need help with v1 minipc.
I tried to flash this bios (I did all correct, step by step by manual), got "successfuly flash" message. Minipc rebooted by itself and now black screen is the only one thing, that minipc can do.
No posts, no usb initializing, no boot at all.
Help me please to reanimate this silver box.
I tried to switch off the battery pins to reset bios. No success.

Which BIOS did you flash? Is it provided by the official?aiva wrote: ↑Fri Apr 11, 2025 10:27 am Hello there. I need help with v1 minipc.

Re: BIOS Update Guide to Fix PCIe 3.0 SSD Detection Issue on V1/E1/E2 (N150)
Is the BIOS offered here also suitable for the V1 with the N97, or does it only work with the N150? Is there an update for the N97 as well? I'm also having the problem that the NVME isn't being recognized correctly, and Windows 11 won't install. The installation aborts with either a blue screen or a boot loop. Everything works fine with the included SATA SSD. However, I would like to switch to a faster NVME, especially since the manufacturer advertises that NVME can be used...

Re: BIOS Update Guide to Fix PCIe 3.0 SSD Detection Issue on V1/E1/E2 (N150)
Hi everyone,
I'm using an Acemagic Vista V1, but it's not recognizing my NVMe disk — the system doesn't detect it, and I can't install an OS on it.
Has anyone faced this issue or found a fix?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: BIOS Update Guide to Fix PCIe 3.0 SSD Detection Issue on V1/E1/E2 (N150)
For more details:
I removed the originally drive (M.2 2280 SATA SSD) and replaced it with a M.2 2280 Gen 3 NVMe SSD in the same M.2 slot. However, the system does not detect the NVMe drive at all — it doesn't appear in the BIOS or during OS installation (I tested with both Debian and Ubuntu).
The NVMe SSD works perfectly in an external USB enclosure, so the drive itself is fine. It seems like the internal M.2 slot might not support NVMe, or perhaps it's a BIOS limitation?
Has anyone successfully used an NVMe SSD internally on this model? Any BIOS settings or workarounds I should try?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I suppose you did the BIOS update as linked to in the first post of this thread ?tonychemgio wrote: ↑Tue Apr 29, 2025 4:16 pm The NVMe SSD works perfectly in an external USB enclosure, so the drive itself is fine. Re: BIOS Update Guide to Fix PCIe 3.0 SSD Detection Issue on V1/E1/E2 (N150)
This BIOS update is only for N150. Is your NVME PCIe×4? The factory firmware only runs PCIe×2, and some SSDs will also have compatibility anomalies in ×2 mode. Try to choose a large manufacturer NVMe with better compatibility (such as Samsung 970 EVO).Kaasie17 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 2:08 pm Is the BIOS offered here also suitable for the V1 with the N97, or does it only work with the N150? Is your V1 N150? If so, you can perform the BIOS update provided by Barry. Is your NVME PCIe×4? The factory firmware only runs PCIe×2, and some SSDs will also have compatibility anomalies in ×2 mode. @Lemone stop guessing your answers and let @tonychemgio have some breathing-room to reply
@tonychemgio posting the same question as a reply in multiple threads won't help you or the others trying to help you.
@tonychemgio what I noticed in some of your other replies was that it looks like you didn't run the 'PackBios.exe' as administrator. Also, as @Lemone pointed out, be sure to verify that your V1 is the N150 model.
This is the correct thread about the V1 N150 BIOS update (as linked in the beginning of this thread):

@admin Maybe it's possible to lock the two other threads (this one and the other) ?
