AK3 won't display on HDMI (only VGA)

Hi,

I just bought an ACEPC AK3. I tried to connect it to my TV through HDMI but no signal is detected. I tried with a brand new HDMI cable and with one I already used before. I plug in the HDMI cable in Port 1 and Port 2 of the ACEPC but it won't help. I can connect the ACEPC to my TV through and older VGA cable though.

When I tried to ad this second (HDMI) display in WIN 10 Settings and make it my default display, the screen froze and I my mouse/keyboards couldn't be use. When I plugged out the HDMI cable, the ACEPC went back to the now second display (VGA) and was working just fine.


Could you help me out? I'd like to use this ACEPC with HDMI not VGA. Is it a driver issue?

I haven't used WINDOWS PC in years -I usually use Chromebooks.
