Problem with start mi Nipogi AM02

Hi,

I have a problem with the start of my new Nipogi AM02 Ryzen 3. This is my second nipogi, the first one works fine but with this i have problems since the unboxing.

I connect it to my philips monitor 32", it tries to start, shows up the bios logo, then the windows logo and then..... black screen.....

I tried to connect by HDMi and by DP but same resoult, black screen again. I change monitor for a benq but nothing as well and put the ram in oder slot but.... black.

Then i reinstall windows 11, and then windows 10 no problem until the first start, desktop shows up but and when i search my network i found it has ip. I run fast to connect a remote desktop and then the monitor go black but i have a remote desktop, very very slow but works.

¿Do you think is a problem with RAM, procesor or graphics??
