If it's ONLY going to be a mouse and keyboard, you can purchase an inexpensive USB hub from pretty much any place that sells computer related items. This will allow you to convert the one USB port into four or more, typically. HOWEVER, if you are going to use it for more than just a mouse and keyboard, it would be best to purchase a powered USB hub. This way you can connect more devices and not have to worry about them drawing their power from that single USB port on the unit, which can get overwhelmed. With a powered USB hub the connected devices will get their power from the hub itself, not from the computer, as the hub will have a power adapter that you plug into an electrical outlet. Mini PCs don't have a lot of extra available power like traditional desktop computers do, so having the USB hub itself power the devices connected to it is important. But again, if it's only going to be a mouse and keyboard, a non powered USB hub may very well be enough. If you can afford it, a powered hub is always the better choice because of the additional options it gives you (running more USB devices).

Another option is a wireless keyboard and mouse that uses a single wireless USB dongle. As an arbitrary example, a Logitech MK270.

Hope this helps. 🙂

Ich selbst nutze zur Zeit eine Logitech K400 Plus Tastatur mit einem USB-Dongel. Keine Beanstandungen bin sehr zufrieden.
