AK1 Mini keeps rebooting.

I purchased an AK1 on the 29th of December and it's just gone out of the date of the return for Amazon.
For the last week, I have had continuous problems with the AK1, the mini pc has been shutting down after being turned on, I end up with a blank screen so I have to pull out the power lead for a few minutes. I then power up again and immediately get the bios page. I get it to load the default bios settings and save them. I can then boot back into windows 10. After a few minutes it shuts down again and I have to go through the same procedure again.
However, I did notice whilst browsing the bios setting for NVME it does say " NO NVME found". I rather suspect that the NVME is faulty and beginning to fail which really needs to be replaced under warranty.
